WASHINGTON— Yesterday, the United States Senate unanimously passed the Paycheck Protection Program Flexibility Act, authored by Problem Solvers Caucus Member, Rep. Dean Phillips (D-MN). The bill is now on its way to President Trump's desk, and if signed, will provide urgent reforms to the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP), a critical source of aid for small businesses during the Coronavirus epidemic. The bill, also led in the House by Problem Solver, Rep.
WASHINGTON – Today, the House of Representatives passed the Problem Solvers Caucus-endorsed H.R. 7010,the Paycheck Protection Program Flexibility Actof 2020, a bill designed to help small businesses weather today's economic storm.
The bipartisan bill was led by Caucus Members Reps. Dean Phillips (D-MN) and Fred Upton (R-MI).

WASHINGTON - Today, February 25, 2020, the Problem Solvers Caucus formally endorsed the bipartisan Seeding Rural Resilience Act, which will improve mental health care and stress management in rural communities.
Problem Solvers, Rep. Anthony Brindisi (D-NY-22) and Rep. John Katko (R-NY-24) are leading the effort in the House of Representatives and brought the bill to the caucus for endorsement. The legislation received the caucus' endorsement when at least 75 percent of the 48-member caucus agreed to support the bill.
