Problem Solvers Caucus Co-chairs Brian Fitzpatrick & Josh Gottheimer Statement on Launch of Coalition of Bipartisan Infrastructure Investment
Problem Solvers Help Build Bridges Between Leading Business and Labor Groups
WASHINGTON, D.C.—Today, Problem Solvers Caucus Co-Chairs Brian Fitzpatrick (PA-1) and Josh Gottheimer (NJ-5) released the following statement regarding the launch of the Coalition for Bipartisan Infrastructure Investment, a group of more than twenty leading business and labor groups that support the historic $1.2 trillion infrastructure agreement:
"We want to acknowledge the great and growing breadth of support for the House and Senate bipartisan infrastructure agreement, backed by the White House. A broad coalition of organizations across the political spectrum have come together to support this framework to grow our small businesses, create American jobs, advance economic growth, and improve the quality of life for every American."
"The Problem Solvers Caucus released the ‘Building Bridges' framework in early June to help jumpstart faltering negotiations, and now, we are helping build bridges between organizations representing a broad range of interests to help get this deal across the finish line. This coalition demonstrates the urgent need to act and bring this standalone, bipartisan legislation to the House floor."
